Dholera, Gujarat - DMIC

Dholera Special Investment Region (DSIR), India's first semiconductor city and also the largest node under DMIC, spanning 920 sq. km and managed by Dholera Industrial City Development Limited (DICDL), an SPV of the Centre and Gujarat Government. With strong connectivity via NH-8 and the Dedicated Freight Corridors, it offers large, scalable land parcels. The 22.54 sq. km Activation Area is almost completed with trunk infrastructure in place. DSIR is a planned smart, sustainable community which will be the role model for future cities in India.

AURIC , Maharashtra - DMIC

Shendra–Bidkin Industrial Area (AURIC) is a Greenfield Industrial Smart City developed under the Delhi–Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC). It is managed by Maharashtra Industrial Township Limited (MITL), a Special Purpose Vehicle jointly promoted by the Government of India and the Government of Maharashtra.

AURIC offers world-class infrastructure, large contiguous land parcels, plug-and-play facilities and single-window clearances to attract domestic and global investors. The city focuses on high-growth sectors including automobiles, engineering, defence, electronics, textiles and food processing, and is being developed as a sustainable, inclusive ecosystem with residential and social amenities.

IIT- Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh - DMIC

The Integrated Industrial Township-Greater Noida (IIT-GN), spanning 747 acres, is a flagship DMIC project located southeast of Greater Noida, abutting the Eastern Peripheral Expressway and Delhi-Howrah railway line. Located just 11 km from Pari Chowk, the site offers excellent connectivity via Delhi-Howrah Railway Line, Eastern Peripheral Expressway, and proximity to the Boraki transit hub and Dadri logistics hub. Strategically connected via expressways, national highways, and proximity to IGI, Jewar, and Hindon airports, the township ensures unmatched accessibility. With world-class infrastructure, it is ideal for commercial and industrial development, and has already become a hub of white goods.

IIT- Vikram Udyogpuri, MP - DMIC

Integrated Industrial Township Vikram Udyogpuri (IIT-VUL), developed over 1,100 acres in Ujjain, is a key DMIC project driving the Pithampur-Dhar-Mhow Investment Region. Strategically located near SH-18 and the Ujjain-Dewas railway line, it features robust infrastructure including roads, power, water, STPs, and solid waste systems. AMUL is the anchor investor, with 12 operational units and 16+ under construction. Key sectors include pharma, plastics, and food. Additionally, 360 acres have been allotted for a Medical Device Park by the Government of Madhya Pradesh.

Tumakuru, Karnataka - CBIC

Tumakuru Industrial Township, part of Chennai Chennai Bengaluru Industrial Corridor (CBIC), spans 8,484 acres and is being developed in three phases, with Phase-A covering 1,722 acres. Located 120 km north of Bengaluru and 20 km from Tumakuru city, the site offers excellent connectivity via NH-48, nearby railway stations, and Bengaluru International Airport. Shri Narendra Modi, Hon’ble Prime Minister, laid the foundation stone of Tumakuru Industrial Township, Karnataka on 6th February, 2023. With its scale, connectivity, and infrastructure, Tumakuru is envisioned to be a key driver of Karnataka’s industrial growth.

Khurpia, Uttarakhand - AKIC

Khurpia Farm in Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand, is a 1,002-acre Integrated Manufacturing Cluster under the Amritsar Kolkata Industrial Corridor (AKIC). Located just 17 km from Rudrapur in Kichha Tehsil, the site is strategically located near NH-09, NH-109, and SH-44. With a project cost of ₹1,265 crore and an investment potential of ₹6,180 crore, the IMC is poised to generate over 75,000 jobs. Leveraging the Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor as its backbone, the cluster offers robust connectivity and immense industrial growth opportunities in the Tarai region of Uttarakhand.

Krishnapatnam, Andhra Pradesh - CBIC

Developed under Chennai Chennai Bengaluru Industrial Corridor (CBIC) on the framework of PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan, KRIS City in Krishnapatnam is poised to become a hub of industrial innovation. With world-class infrastructure, plug-and-play facilities, and seamless connectivity via NH-16, Krishnapatnam Port, and Tirupati Airport, it offers a competitive edge for industries. Designed for sustainability and inclusivity, KRIS City will generate substantial employment and catalyze regional growth through a resilient, future-ready manufacturing ecosystem.

IMLH-NC, Haryana - DMIC

Located in Mahendragarh district, the 886 acre Integrated Multi-Modal Logistics Hub (IMLH) at Nangal Chaudhary is being developed under DMIC to serve as India’s largest logistics hub. Strategically positioned along the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor and NH-11, the hub offers warehousing, freight consolidation, customs clearance, cold storage, and multimodal transfer facilities. Designed to streamline supply chains and reduce logistics costs, the hub will boost trade efficiency and create significant employment across Haryana and the northern hinterland.

MMLH -Dadri, Uttar Pradesh - DMIC

Spread across 825 acre, the Multi Modal Logistics Hub at Dadri is positioned near the intersection of the Eastern and Western Dedicated Freight Corridors. Designed as a dry port, the hub offers warehousing, customs clearance, value-added services, and freight handling under one roof. It aims to serve export-driven industries in Western UP by reducing transit time to JNPT, improving logistics efficiency, and enhancing the region’s appeal as a global investment and industrial destination.

Rajpura, Punjab - AKIC

The Rajpura-Patiala IMC, spanning 1,099 acres, is strategically located at the junction of NH-44 and NH-64, ensuring seamless connectivity to Chandigarh, Mohali, Ludhiana, and Ambala. Just 11 km from Rajpura, 24 km from Patiala and 54 Km from Chandigarh, the site holds an investment potential of ₹7,500 crore and is expected to generate over 64,000 jobs. With a project cost of ₹1,367 crore, the node is being developed with world-class infrastructure to attract investment and boost manufacturing in the region.

Hisar, Haryana - AKIC

Hisar IMC, spread across 2,988 acres, is being developed under the Amritsar-Kolkata Industrial Corridor near the newly inaugurated Maharaja Agrasen Airport. With an investment potential of ₹32,417 crore and a project cost of ₹4,680 crore, it is expected to generate 1.25 lakh jobs. Strategically located between the EDFC and WDFC, it offers excellent connectivity via NH-52, NH-09, rail links, and proximity to major logistics hubs. With advance infrastructure and proximity to Hisar City, this IMC is poised to be a cornerstone of Haryana’s industrial landscape.

Agra, Uttar Pradesh - AKIC

IMC Agra, spread across 1,058 acres along Agra’s Inner Ring Road, is strategically located just 25 km from the EDFC, 205 km from Delhi NCR, and 334 km from Lucknow. Positioned between key junctions linking the Agra-Lucknow Expressway, it offers seamless road connectivity. Designed with state-of-the-art infrastructure and Plug-n-Play facilities, the cluster aims to attract over INR 3,400 crore in investments. IMC Agra embodies the vision of sustainable industrial growth, offering a business-friendly ecosystem for both domestic and global investors.

Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh - AKIC

The upcoming Integrated Manufacturing Cluster (IMC) at Saraswati Hi-Tech City, located 25 km south of Prayagraj, spans 352 acres with an investment potential of ₹1,600 crore. It will boost economic expansion, create job opportunities, and enhance SME productivity by providing modern infrastructure and seamless market access. It boasts prime connectivity to NH-35, NH-30, rail/EDFC, airports, and waterways, with proximity to Prayagraj Airport (24 km) and the New Karchana EDFC Station (7 km), enhancing its strategic advantage for industrial growth.

Gaya, Bihar - AKIC

IMC Gaya, located near Dobhi in Bihar, spans 1,670 acres and has received environmental clearance from the Ministry of Environment, Forests & Climate Change. Positioned near Gaya Railway Station, NH-22, NH-19, Gaya International Airport, Fatuha MMLP and Patna ICD, it offers excellent connectivity. The project, part of the Amritsar-Kolkata Industrial Corridor, aims to attract ₹16,524 crore in investments and generate over 109,000 jobs. It will feature state-of-the-art infrastructure and boost Bihar’s manufacturing sector, positioning it as a key industrial hub in India.

Dighi, Maharashtra - DMIC

Dighi Port Industrial Area (DPIA), located in Raigad District, Maharashtra, spans 6,056 acres and is strategically situated near Dighi Port, enhancing its connectivity. The site offers access to NH-66 (10km) and is well-connected via rail to key industrial regions like Kolad, Roha, Raigad and Mangaon. The presence of the Konkan railway enhances the multimodal connectivity to the Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC) and the Jawaharlal Nehru Port. DPIA aims to attract investments of ₹38,000 crore and create over 1 lakh jobs.

JPMIA, Rajasthan - DMIC

Jodhpur Pali Marwar Industrial Area (JPMIA), spanning 1,578 acres, is strategically located between Jodhpur and Pali, Rajasthan, with easy access to NH-62 and SH-64. The site is 60 km from Marwar Junction on the Dedicated Freight Corridor and 30 km from Jodhpur Railway Station and the Jodhpur International Airport. Environmental Clearance has already been obtained from the MoEF&CC. With 100% land in possession of the state government, JPMIA offers an investment potential of ₹7,500 crore and an employment potential of 40,000 jobs

Kopparthy, Andhra Pradesh - VCIC

The Kopparthy Industrial Area, located in Kadapa District under the Vizag-Chennai Industrial Corridor (VCIC), spans 2,596 acres. Strategically connected by SH 51 and NH 40, it is 13 km from Kadapa Airport. With an investment potential of ₹8,860 crore and a project cost of ₹2,137 crore, the area aims to generate 54,500 jobs. AP Industrial Corridors Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd (APICDC), the SPV with 50% shareholding each of GoAP & GoI shall implement the project.

Orvakal, Andhra Pradesh - HBIC

The Orvakal node in Kurnool District, spanning 2,621 acres, is being developed under the Hyderabad-Bengaluru Industrial Corridor. The site is strategically located with access to NH40, NH44, Kurnool Bypass, ensuring robust road connectivity. Kurnool Airport is nearby, and Krishnapatnam Port is 320 km east. With an investment potential of ₹12,000 crore and a project cost of ₹2,786 crore, Orvakal aims to generate 45,071 jobs. The node serves as a crucial link between the Chennai-Bangalore and Vishakhapatnam-Chennai Industrial Corridors. Environmental clearance has been secured, ensuring a sustainable development path.

Zaheerabad, Telangana - HNIC

The Zaheerabad Industrial Node, spanning 12,635 acres across 17 villages in Sangareddy District, Telangana, is part of the Hyderabad-Nagpur Industrial Corridor. Located 9 km north of Zaheerabad, 80 km from Hyderabad, and close to NH-65, it offers excellent connectivity to major road networks, including the Hyderabad Outer Ring Road and the proposed Regional Ring Road. With a Phase 1 spanning 3,245 acres, the project aims to attract significant investments and drive industrial growth in the region, boosting Telangana’s economic landscape.

Palakkad, Kerala – CBIC extn.

The Palakkad Node in Kerala, covering 1,710 acres, is set for development across three land parcels: Pudussery Central, Pudussery West, and Kannambra. Located 20 km from Palakkad City, 150 km from Cochin, and 50 km from Coimbatore, this strategic site offers exceptional connectivity for industrial growth. With an investment potential of ₹8,729 crore and a project cost of ₹3,806 crore, the node is expected to create 51,000 jobs. Designed to provide a market-driven, transparent, and investment-friendly ecosystem, it promises to enhance Kerala's industrial landscape.
